FreightPOP connects directly to your Cubiscan dimensioners to automatically capture length, width, height, weight, and—depending on the model—photos. These measurements flow into rate shopping and audit workflows so every shipment uses accurate dimensional data.
Data can be pulled live from the Cubiscan system or ingested from the QBIT database for previously scanned packages. FreightPOP stores dimensions at the item/master and shipment levels, applying them to rate quotes, labels, and documentation.
Yes. FreightPOP supports real-time reads from Cubiscan during packing and quoting, and can also pull historical measurements linked to an order.
All Cubiscan models are supported. Share your model and interface type (USB, serial, TCP/IP, file, or API), and FreightPOP will confirm the recommended configuration.
Dimensions (L×W×H), weight, dimensional weight (calculated), unit of measure, timestamp, item or carton identifier, and user/session metadata. Optional fields include photos or images when supported.
