FreightPOP Gives Back
ROOTED IN SERVICE, DRIVEN BY PURPOSE
Making an Impact with FreightPOP
Giving back isn’t just something we do—it’s who we are. Community service is embedded in our culture and stands as one of our core values. Every employee is encouraged to participate in up to 24 hours of paid community service each year.
Our commitment to service extends both locally and globally. Some of our recent initiatives include:
-
Funding clean water access by raising money to build fresh water wells in Uganda through Wells of Life.
-
Feeding those in need by volunteering at the Someone Cares Soup Kitchen, where we helped unload donations and prepare meals for over 300 people.
-
Protecting natural spaces by working with environmental nonprofits to remove invasive species from parks and protected lands.
-
Fighting food insecurity by donating over 96 pounds of food to Families Forward in Irvine to support their food box program.
-
Spreading holiday cheer by teaming up with the Orange Church of the Nazarene to adopt a local family for Christmas.
-
Supporting local families year-round by regularly serving at the Saddleback Church food pantry, stocking shelves and distributing food.
-
Whether near or far, FreightPOP employees are making a difference—and we’re just getting started.
