FreightPOP + Go Motive Integration

How It Works

Once connected, FreightPOP pulls data from your Go Motive ELD account to track assets and shipments. The setup is straightforward and requires only a few steps:

 

Connect Your Go Motive Account

  • Go to Integrations → Tracking Devices in FreightPOP.

  • Select Tracking Device: ELD

  • Choose Provider: Go Motive

  • Enter an Account Nickname (your choice; must be unique).

  • Set your Integration Type to TMS.

  • (Optional) Configure Distance & Time Thresholds to control how tracking data is displayed.

Add Tracking Devices in Carrier Management

  • Go to Carrier Management → Fleet → Tracking Devices tab.

  • Select the Tracking Device Account Nickname created in step 1.

  • Choose a Device ID (this is the Asset Name from your Go Motive account). A dropdown will display all available devices.

  • Assign a Device Nickname for use inside FreightPOP (must be unique).
